Every minute of every day becomes a moment which can either bring them closer to their dreams or further away from their own self-sufficiency, sense of hope or participation in vital community institutions they must access in order to thrive.

When a minute passes, it is gone. When an opportunity passes to keep a child in school, a father employed or a mother hopeful and connected, it is gone.
